A number of studies from business actors suggest that companies with a higher share of women at top levels deliver stronger organizational and financial performance” – will the words of Viviane Reding be confirmed on the Polish market? What are the best methods to increase diversity in the Management of Polish companies??

Women in Media

The aim of the project is to promote experts from various fields, who could increase the number of women in the media, news and current affairs programs. Increasing the visibility of women in the media is imperative for improving the quality of social debates.
