The conference offers a welcoming space to develop strategies for improving and promoting board diversity, for matching candidates with NED positions in SMEs, and a unique opportunity to join our international Board-ready Women Database. It will also present the consolidated results of the unique Survey run across 4 EU Member States on the specific needs of non-listed SMEs in relation to their governance bodies.
