Join us to the Accelerate! discussion on Women on Boards organised by the SOFIA Foundation!

"What Wikipedia can't tell you about Women on Boards" will gather women professionals and managers of SMEs from a variety of sectors to discuss the importance of increasing women’s participation in corporate governance of SMEs

Our purpose: Women on boards has been the subject of much discussion and public debate across Europe over the last years but the numbers have not yet dramatically changed. We need to continue to raise awareness on the importance of diversity and gender balance on boards of companies, especially, on boards of Small and Medium Enterprises, to change the current and pervasive status-quo. Why SMEs? Because they represent Europe's economic and socio-fabric

Also, to help women professionals willing to become a board member, we offer two masterclass sessions with practical strategies for women on how to tailor a Board CV, and effective tactics to develop own's board potential.
